Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, our Body Sculpt gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 500 calories. Instructors will coach you through effective sculpting movements and techniques set to great music! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Barre Intensity combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small, isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Yoga Flow is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine to challenge and improve physical postures, flexibility, breathing techniques, and meditation/relaxation.

Yoga sculpt is a class designed to give you a full body workout by combining strength and cardio exercises with a traditional asana practice. Yoga enthusiasts of all levels can gain from the higher calorie burn as well as the chance to develop strength and push your physical limits.

This dance class features high- and low-intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner-accessible choreography.

A 45 minute workout that focuses on cardio, strength and exercising muscles around the core, this class provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports, it’s the glue that holds everything together.

HIIT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts. The very high level of intensity, the interval duration, and number of bouts distinguish it from traditional aerobic based classes because if elevates the metabolism at a rapid rate.
